this has to be one of my all time favorite albums... i am so proud to say i know every single song on this album ant that is very rare for me because i usually only like a few songs from any artist. Patti is such a fabulous singer, i could listen to Hot in the flames of love all day and never get tired of it. I love when she harmonizes with the background singer on that track LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would have my wish come true to tell Patti how she rocked my world in the early 1980's.  Her voice, rhythm, grace , beauty, and poise are all wrapped up in her package.  I know her parents had to be proud of her.  I wasn't much of a dancer in the 80's but I got on the floor whenever the DJ put on Patti, Luther, EW&f, Kool n the gang, but Patti always rocked my world.  I thank the Lord for many things but Patti's singing was a true gift, Thank you Patti for making this existence even more bearable.  God bless you and your prosperity and your work.  Always, Charles
